STATE OF UPOPEROXIDATION PROCESSES, ANTIOXIDATION PROTECTION SYSTEM AND ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATION IN EPICUTANEOUS APPLICATIONS OF SOME ANTITUMOR PREPARATIONS IN RATS

The data on studies of proantioxidation system and development of autointoxication in skin applications of antineoplastic preparations - cyclophosphamide, 5-fluorouracil, tamoxifen as well as estrazine, the preparation with antitumor activity, are presented in the article. The analysis of experimental data shows that the development of endogenous intoxication in rats is the result of cumulation of lipid peroxidation products and the increase in the content of mean molecular peptides. The changes of indices of the lipoperoxidation process, the antioxidation protection system and endogenous intoxication is like¬ly to be considered as criteria of primary homeostasis disorders in skin applications of antitumor preparations.
