Full article (PDF), UKR
Cytotoxicological action of mercury chloride was studied in the cultures of cells IMR-32 (human neuroblastoma). The influ-ence of different doses of mercury chloride on survivability and proliferation of neurons in the cell culture in different degree was studied. In doses 1000 and 100 MkM/Ml cytotoxical effect was more expressed, and at doses 1 and 0,1 MkM/Ml — inhibi¬tion of proliferation occured, both pathological mechanisms were observed in the dose 10 MkM/Ml.
Key words: intoxication, mercury chloride, micromercurialysm, cell culture, nervous tissue, neuron
