COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE CONTENT AND SIZE OF CIRCULATING IMMUNE COMPLEXES IN BLOOD SERUM IN EXPERIMENTAL TOXIC, DUST AND TOXICO-DUST BRONCHITIS IN RATS

In the dynamics of experimental toxic (NOx; S02), dust (large-dispersive Si02; amorphous hydrofobic Si02) and toxico-dust (amorphous hydrofobic Si02+NOx; amorphous hydrofobic Si02+S02) chronic bronchitis in 350 rats a comparative research of peculiarities of cumulation in blood serum and sizes of circulating immune complexes (CIC) was conducted. It was established that for pathogenesis of such experimentally reproduced pathological states at the stage of chronisation,e production and cumulation in blood serum of most pathogenic average-molecular CIC is specific.
